Saturday lalalala

45 minutes of cardio.  abs.  pretended to stretch.  40 lunges.

went to whole foods extremely sweaty.  HOT. (actually saw a cute guy who works there for ONCE of course it’s when i look like i’m melting.)

made a GREAT salad with:

Grilled asparagus

Red and Golden BEETS

Carrots

Tomatoes

Mushrooms

Quinoa

Mixed greens (no weeds)

Blue cheese

Olive oil and balsamic vinegar
